BowBucks Program TOP
It will work in the same fashion as gymbucks so I know you all are familiar with
the program.
For every $20 in purchases you will earn $10 in bowbucks. The earning period
will go from now until August 2nd.
During the redemption period you can cash in your bowbucks. For every $20 in
purchases during redemption you can cash in $10 of bowbucks. I will email
everyone individually a statement of the amount that has been spent, the
bowbucks they have earned, and the special code to redeem your bowbucks the day
before the redemption period starts.
Redemption period will be from August 15th - September 1st.

What is the difference in size of hairbows? TOP
Large...is about 4 1/2 -5 inches wide. The bottom bow is created with 1 1/2 inch wide ribbon and has the top little twist bow.
The Medium bow is about 4 - 4 1/2 inches wide. The bottom is created with 7/8 inch wide ribbon and does not have the top little twist bow. A big difference between the large and medium bows is the weight of the bow.
The Small bow is about 3 1/2 inches wide. Very cute to wear when combing the hair to one side. The large and medium bows are cute when wearing in a ponytail for older girls or the bowbands for babies. The smaller bow is cute when wearing the hair down but just pulling the hair away from the face or with pigtails when you buy a set.

We currently only accept credit cards, debit cards, echecks, and instant tranfers via Paypal.
You CAN make your purchase through Paypal without having a Paypal account! After you confirm your order, you will be sent to Paypal's check out. On theleft of the sign in box, you will see this

When you click the "continue" link, Paypal will take you to a secure page where you can pay for your JBows Boutique order. You will be asked to enter your credit card and billing information. Once you complete check out, you will receive a receipt via email.
When will my order ship? TOP
I strive to ship all orders within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. However, during sales, as well as, holiday times...shipping may be delayed. If you need your quicker please email me to let me know so that I can expedite your order. I try not to work on weekends which is why I state shipping in terms of business days.
Also, during sale periods, shipping time may be delayed if large orders are received.
Wholesale orders do not follow these guidelines.
Can I change any of the ribbons of a hairbow? TOP
Absolutely! My hairbows are not premade, therefore, if you see a style that you like but need a certain color taken out just let me know.
I'm looking for a style that was in the ebay store, but it's not here? TOP
Please be patient....this is a BIG job moving all of my inventory over to the website. I've been making them so long there are a lot of styles. Everyday I seem to make a little progress.....I've been working on this for 6 months!! If there is a style that you were interested in, but it hasn't made it's way here...feel free to purchase from the custom creations and then let me know which bow you are interested in.
How are shipping costs calculated? TOP
Shipping is based on the number of items. Shipping for the first item is $3.00....each item is .50. Once a purchase is made of $50 or more shipping is ALWAYS FREE and sent priority mail.
